Terms of service- The payment will be through PayPal.- The payment will be divided into two parts, with one to be paid before i begin your commission.- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with it.- A partial refund (50%) can be requested only during the sketch phase. Once past that point, no refunds will be accepted, unless I am unable to proceed with the project.- The pricing for backgrounds will be determined based on their complexity.- SFW and NSFW are ok.- Commercial use is permitted for an additional fee.- You are not permitted to modify or trace the commissioned work for as merchandise or claim it as your own.- I retain the right to showcase your commission in my portfolio, samples, art books, and other similar uses. If you prefer to keep the work confidential, please inform me.- Unlimited revisions can be requested during the sketch phase.
